지방흡입

리포셋 지방흡입술에서 삽입되는 금속관(케뉼라)은 움직임이 전후로 일정하므로 주변부위 조직의 파괴를 줄일 수 있고, 마찰열에 의한 화상을 예방할 수 있는 장점이 있습니다.

시술에 앞서 마취와 지혈을 돕고, 지방층을 부드럽게 만들어 주기 위해 특정약물 용액을 주입합니다. 이 때 기존에 사용하던 케뉼라 대신 바늘로 용액을 주입합니다.

수술 부위 전체가 고르게 마취되면서 용액의 주입으로 지방층이 부풀어 올라 지방의 상층부를 긁어내는 것이 한층 쉬워졌고 시술 결과 또한 향상되었습니다. 또 이 용액의 온도를 체온에 맞춰줌으로 체내 산도 변화를 방지, 환자의 쇼크를 예방할 수 있습니다.

뿐만 아니라 전기 펌프에 의해 움직이므로 소음이 적어 시술 시 환자가 느낄 수 있는 불안감을 줄여줍니다.

피부를 통해 비치므로 관의 움직임을 시술자가 육안으로 확인이 가능하고 관의 운동방향이 제한적이어 시술자가 활동 범위를 통제하는데 더욱 유리해 시술의 안정성을 더욱 높였습니다.
